Streeter's Landing is situated in the heart of Muskoka, only 15 minutes from Bracebridge, Huntsville, Port Carling, Windermere, Rosseau and Port Sydney. The District of Muskoka is known as Southern Ontario's summer playground which means there are plenty of exciting and fun things to do during your stay at the Landing.

Just around the Bed and Breakfast there are many relaxing activities to enjoy. Why not take a hike on the 1/4 mile nature trail through stands of maple and oak to a small river or, if rest is what you want, spend the day by our 18'x36' swimming pool with sun deck. If you want to explore beyond the Landing you will find plenty to occupy your time just a short drive away.

There are many artists, including painters, sculptors, pottery and china makers, glass blowers, wood carvers and weavers, who keep studio/ galleries in the area. There are many varied and unique pieces to be found in these galleries and many a joyous afternoon can be spent browsing the artisans' creations.

There are also a number of special attractions in the area including Windermere House, Muskoka Pioneer Village, 30,000 Islands Cruise on the Island Queen and the Seguin Steamboat Cruise.

And for those who have special interests there are golf courses including Diamond in the Ruff, driving ranges, marinas, boat and canoe rentals and some of the best fishing in Ontario, all within 15 minutes of the Landing. If that's not enough to keep you busy there are several museums to explore, summer theatre to enjoy and of course, fine dining in establishments such as the famous Windermere House.
